Information Collection

When you browse www.test.com, personal information -- such as your name, address, phone number or E-mail address -- is collected as you browse. Test.com™ uses "cookies" to collect information about how our site is used. This information is used for the purpose of measuring response rates and is used for no other purpose. None of this information is sold or passed on to any third party.

Registration for Online Products and Services: In order to provide you with a particular product or service online, we may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your E-mail address. We also use a "cookie" to enable our server to recognize you as a registered Test.com™ online service user when you re-enter our site.

Information Use

We may use information you have given us to, for example, provide a service, ensure proper billing and measure consumer interest in our various services.

We do not presently send E-mail offers to our customers, although we reserve the right to do so in the future. If we determine to send offers by E-mail to our customers, we will provide a mechanism for you to opt out from E-mail offers and solicitations.

Credit Card Purchases

Test.com™ offers features to facilitate your online shopping experience. When you purchase credits, we request that you supply us with information necessary to complete your online purchases. This information includes your name, telephone number, billing address, E-mail address, and the account number and expiration date of the credit cards you choose to use. We allow you to store your user ID and password information for use at Test.com's™ site. We do not disclose the user IDs and passwords you use to any other party.

Security is an important feature of Test.com™. All of the information you provide to us is stored on a secure server and protected by firewalls.

We collect and store securely a record of all purchases that you make at Test.com™, including the date and amount of purchase. Please note that we do store on our servers any of your personal financial information such as credit card numbers.

Children

We do not use Test.com™ to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
